Samsung Electronics introduced a Wi-Fi version of its Tablet PC, Galaxy Tab. The new device appears on the world market in the first quarter of 2011. Equipped with a 7-inch TFT-LCD with 1024 x 600, Samsung tablet runs on a modern platform, Android 2.2 Froyo from Google. Compact and lightweight unit weighs just over 350 grams and has a thickness of 12 millimeters.
